No. We start from zero and use examples taken from your work: the training is designed for non-technical people.
How long does it last?
It depends on the team and the goals: usually one or more workshops, then a few weeks of coaching on real work.
On site or online?
Both: at your offices or online, or a mix of the two. We choose together based on the team and your locations.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many people are involved and how many sessions are needed. We define it together before we start.
